Founder, inventor, and boating enthusiast Jake Stewart came up with the idea for Flack Jaket after many conversations with fellow boaters who were looking for better protective solutions for their boats. Jake, who proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, thought about the body armor he wore in the Marines and how and if it could be used to protect boats.

After thinking on it, and after hours of work and several prototypes, in 2019, the first Flack Jaket was born. Jake knew he had something special with Flack Jaket, and has expanded product offerings to include window protection, flooring, and bow protectors. Flack Jaket not only provides protective solutions for boats, but also has provided protective solutions for many in the farming & agricultural communities and for many other types of recreational vehicles like UTVs and Sno Bears.

Jake and the Flack Jaket team are proud of the success of their products thus far and are looking forward to the opening of their new facility in Bismarck, ND soon. This top-of-the line facility will allow Flack Jaket to continue to provide more solutions to protect your investments.
